How it works, simply
Your supervisor opens a checklist for the site, for example floors, restrooms, consumables, bins, glass and staff uniform. Each item gets a score from 1 to 5. Some items count more than others. SheenOps adds it up, shows the score against the SLA target, and asks for signatures.
